My name is Anthony Greco, and I am honored to serve as the Principal of Fountain-Fort Carson High School. I am a proud husband to my amazing wife, Andrea, and together we have two incredible sons. Kellen is heading into his sophomore year of college, and Cameron is preparing for his senior year of high school. As a family, soccer has always been a shared passion — it's more than just a sport to us; it’s a way of life.
Outside of school, I enjoy hiking and taking long, reflective walks. I deeply value family, tradition, school spirit, and transparency — and those values guide me in both my personal and professional life.
This year marks my 16th in the district, and my journey has truly come full circle. I began my career right here at FFCHS as a U.S. History teacher and soccer coach, then moved into the role of Dean of Students, and later served as an Assistant Principal. For the past six years, I’ve had the privilege of leading Carson Middle School — an experience that was one of the most rewarding chapters of my career.
Now, I’m thrilled to be back where it all started. I look forward to being present for our staff, students, families, and community as we begin this new school year together.
Dr. Rachel Cullen grew up as a military child, but she considers Colorado Springs her home. She began her career at Air Academy High School in Academy District 20 as an English teacher and then transitioned into the role of Dean of Students. She is grateful and excited to be serving as an assistant principal at Fountain-Fort Carson High School.
Dr. Cullen’s educational philosophy is rooted in a deep love for people and a steadfast belief that all students can learn. She strives for excellence in all that she does and believes in the power of high expectations paired with appropriate support for both students and staff in the building. While she takes her role as a school leader seriously, she also understands the importance of joy in the school environment. Whether celebrating small wins or embracing playful moments, Dr. Cullen brings energy and positivity to those around her. As a former gymnastics coach, she is always happy to do a cartwheel when the opportunity arises.
While Dr. Cullen holds a bachelor’s degree in English, a master’s in Curriculum and Instruction, and a PhD in Educational Leadership, Research, and Policy, she is most thankful for her life’s most meaningful roles: wife and mother.
