Why Should Students Join FBLA at FFCHS?
At FFCHS, FBLA acts as the co-curricular extension of the classroom, helping students transform business theory into real-world leadership and competitive success. The CTE business pathway offers sequenced courses covering areas like business concepts, finance, and entrepreneurship. FBLA acts as the visible "brand" and hands-on laboratory for these classes.
- Competitive Excellence: Students participate in regional, state, and national leadership conferences, competing in over 70 events spanning objective testing, roleplays, and speeches.
- Industry Certifications: Through participating in FBLA programs and related CTE coursework, students can secure resume-building certifications (such as the ASK Fundamentals of Business Concepts or ASK Concepts of Finance certifications).
- Community Impact: The chapter places a high priority on community service, coordinating local initiatives like community fundraising and "Coin Wars" to support organizations like the Mount Carmel Veterans Service.
Recent Accomplishments

- 2026 National Leadership Conference: Five students advanced to represent FFCHS at the National Conference in San Antonio, Texas, participating in categories like Sales Presentation, Cybersecurity, and Introduction to Information Technology, while also serving as regional voting delegates & earning industry-recognized certifications.
