It is our mission as a coaching staff to create and maintain a positive and reliable team chemistry that will not only allow our players to compete both collectively and individually, but also lean on through difficult and challenging obstacles. 

The way we represent the team is more important than an individual mentality, but if a player struggles academically, socially, or athletically, the team strives to help that individual succeed.  The team is made up of individuals, and those individuals make up the team.

We will continuously foster a tradition of excellence at Fountain Fort Carson High School, and look to build upon the foundation being established by our current and future student-athletes.
